Ritual was always important in ancient societies.
It allowed for the community to give reverence to spirits seen and unseen and for the humans of the community to stay bonded
together; which also bonded both the spirit
world and the community together as well.
It was anopportunity for everyone to reaffirm
who they were through human expression.
To participate in ritual is to see yourself exposed, painted on the canvas of our existence.
Emotions are directed and released; stress is
shared and dissolved back unto the earth.
It is our energy that creates the healing and benefit of ritual, our spirit, and our intention. While at the same time it is giving our earth the energy of appreciation and love. By using her elements, ground, stones, herbs, vegetables and fruit we give her reverence intentfully.
